Kharkiv National Medical University (KNMU) was Ukraine's second-most popular medical university for Indian students, located in Kharkiv — Ukraine's second-largest city and its major educational and scientific hub. KNMU had approximately 3,000–4,000 Indian students enrolled before 2022, making it one of the largest Indian student communities in Eastern Europe. NMC India listed and WHO-registered.
