How VedKris Edu Gets You Admitted — From First Call to First Day Abroad
The VedKris Edu admission process is designed to be completely transparent, error-free, and stress-free for both students and parents. Every step has a dedicated advisor — you will never be left wondering what happens next. Here is exactly how we work, from your first free counselling call to the day you land at your university abroad.
Step 1 — Free Counselling & Profile Evaluation
Your journey starts with a free one-on-one counselling session with a dedicated VedKris Edu advisor. We assess your academic profile (10th, 12th marks, NEET score for MBBS, entrance scores for engineering/MBA), clarify your course choice, discuss your total budget (including living costs), and understand your timeline. There is no charge for this session and no obligation to proceed.
Step 2 — Course & Country Selection
Based on your profile and budget, we shortlist the best-fit course and country combination. For MBBS, we only recommend NMC India-approved universities listed on the WHO/AVICENNA directory. For Engineering, MBA, Nursing, and other courses, we match accredited universities with strong career outcomes. We present a side-by-side comparison of 2–3 options so you can make an informed choice — not a pressured one.
Step 3 — University Application & Offer Letter
Once you confirm your choice, our documentation team prepares and submits your complete application to the university. We handle cover letters, academic transcripts, passport copies, NEET/entrance scorecards, and all supporting documents. Your official offer letter or invitation letter is collected from the university — your seat is confirmed in writing before you pay any fees.
Step 4 — Documentation, Attestation & Apostille
Many countries require notarised and apostilled (MEA-legalised) academic documents. Our documentation team handles the full chain: HRD attestation → MEA apostille → embassy legalisation where required. For MBBS students, we also assist with the NMC India Eligibility Certificate application — a mandatory requirement for Indian students going abroad for medicine.
Step 5 — Fee Payment & Enrollment Confirmation
With your offer letter and documents ready, we guide you through the fee remittance process — which bank, which account, what forex route. We ensure the first-year tuition is paid via an official, traceable channel and that you receive an enrollment confirmation and fee receipt from the university.
Step 6 — Student Visa Filing
Our visa team prepares your complete student visa file: visa application form, financial statements, admission documents, medical certificate, and supporting letters. We provide mock interview coaching for countries that require a consular interview (USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Schengen). Most Asian and CIS destinations (Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Philippines) do not require an interview — we handle the e-visa or visa-on-arrival process directly.
Step 7 — Pre-Departure Briefing
Two weeks before travel, we conduct a comprehensive pre-departure session covering: what documents to carry, baggage guidance, currency exchange tips, global ATM/forex card setup, travel insurance, local contacts at the destination, academic calendar, hostel rules, what to expect at immigration, and cultural orientation for your country.
Step 8 — Arrival Support & Registration
Our local partner network at each destination ensures you are not alone when you land. Services include: airport pickup to hostel, university registration assistance, police verification support, immigration card / residence permit filing, embassy of India registration, and local SIM card and banking guidance. We stay in touch through your entire first semester.
Important Note for MBBS Students (NMC / NExT)
Every MBBS university we recommend is verified on the NMC India approved list and WHO/AVICENNA directory at the time of admission. Students must also obtain the NMC Eligibility Certificate before departure — we assist with this filing. After completing MBBS abroad, graduates must clear the NExT (National Exit Test) to practice in India. VedKris Edu advises students to begin NExT preparation coaching from Year 3 of their MBBS programme.
